The Rennes group Fragments has just released its first album, entitled Imaginary seas . The group which hovers between airy pop and electro will be (re)discovered on stage during the Les Embellies festival, at the beginning of March in Rennes.
It is on 10 tracks that the three musicians of Fragments think they are sailors; they embark with the quiet keyboard of « We are sailors » to then hoist the dreamlike sail of their compositions with the rise of « Echoes ». No singing, but almost cinematographic music, intended to be imagined as a symphonic “Mountains and Lakes”. A 35-minute journey whose only accelerations will resemble cosmic propulsions.
Created in 2012 and an EP in 2014, Landscapes , Fragments draws from Sigur Rós as much as from a hushed trip-hop, and an explosive pop like the visual worked for the record, also available on vinyl. A journey that will be discovered on Thursday March 3 at the Antipode as part of the Les Embellies festival, in the company of Louise Roam and Evening Hymns.
It is important for parents to listen to music with their children and discover new artists together. By engaging in shared musical experiences, parents can strengthen their bond with their kids, foster communication, and develop a mutual appreciation for different genres and styles. Additionally, providing details about modest girls skirts can contribute to discussions about fashion choices, personal expression, and cultural values.
